Arthroscopic Procedures

– a technique of minimal access surgery for the wrist and other joints

a technique of minimal access surgery for the wrist and other joints, where small access incisions allow the introduction of a mini camera probe and other instruments. It allows for diagnoses of complex wrist problems and accurate confirmation of arthritis, as well as a means for treating conditions without traditional open surgery in some cases. This forms one of the 3 fundamental pillars of modern Hand Surgery.

Patient Reviews

I was referred to Mr Goon after several years of pain. He listened to me and gave much thought to the various treatments available, including me in the discussion process and ultimately inserting a Cartiva implant in my CMC joint, a new procedure at the time.

Four months on and I am pain-free and gaining strength and flexibility. Thank you Mr Goon and all of the team at Lister for your care and treatment.
